What if my LumaMask arrives damaged or incorrect? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video of the issue. We'll resolve it with a replacement or refund — no return required.
Do I need to return the device if there's an issue? In most cases, no. Approved issues are handled through refunds or replacements so you're not dealing with return shipping.
What if tracking says delivered but I didn't receive it? If tracking shows your order as delivered we recommend checking with your carrier or delivery location first. If the issue persists contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? Orders can be cancelled before processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

What does FDA Cleared actually mean? It means the US Food and Drug Administration reviewed the LumaMask and cleared it to treat wrinkles and acne. How is the LumaMask different from other LED masks? Most LED masks are consumer electronics held to beauty industry standards. The LumaMask is manufactured under ISO 13485 medical device quality management and MDSAP certification — satisfying the regulatory requirements of the USA, Canada, Brazil, Australia and Japan simultaneously.
How many wavelengths does it have? Four — blue (415nm), deep red (630nm), near-infrared (850nm) and deep near-infrared (1072nm) — penetrating from the surface of your skin down to the basal layer at 10mm depth.
What is the difference between Mode 1 and Mode 2? Mode 1 combines 630nm, 850nm and 1072nm — FDA Cleared for the treatment of full-face wrinkles. Mode 2 combines 415nm, 850nm and 1072nm — FDA Cleared for the treatment of mild to moderate inflammatory acne. Both modes run automatically for 10 minutes.
Using the LumaMask
How long does each session take? 10 minutes. The device runs automatically and switches off at the end of each session.
How often should I use it? Daily for the first 8 weeks to build consistent results. After that, 3 to 5 sessions per week is sufficient to maintain and continue improving your skin.

Is it suitable for all skin tones? Mode 1 — red, near-infrared and deep near-infrared — is suitable for all skin tones and types. Blue light mode is not recommended for Fitzpatrick skin types V and above as it may cause temporary hyperpigmentation. If you have a deeper skin tone we recommend Mode 1 only.
Does it need to be plugged in during use? No. The built-in 4000mAh battery means no wall outlet is needed during treatment. The controller connects to the mask via a short cord during use, but the device runs completely free from any wall connection — use it anywhere.
How long does the battery last and how do I charge it? The built-in 4000mAh battery is designed for multiple sessions per charge. It charges fully in approximately 2 hours via the included USB charging cable.
