60-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Must be in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Product must not show signs of excessive wear or misuse

For hygiene reasons, certain personal-use products (such as eye massagers or skincare devices) may only be returned if unused.

How to Start a Return

Include:

Your order number

Reason for return

Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include clear photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund once reviewed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

You’ll be notified of approval status

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Items marked as Final Sale

Gift cards

Products damaged due to misuse

Late or Missing Refunds
